We will endeavor to get all winning prizes out within 24 hours, however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. How do I order?Order can be made via our website only. We do not accept orders via Facebook or Instagram.

How do custom fragrances work?Simply download our fragrance list from each custom listing. Type the required scent into the box and add to cart. It's that easy!

How long do custom fragrances take to make?Please allow 3-5 working days for custom orders as we may have to order in certain ingredients. Alternatively, you can check our ready made stock. Ready made stock is sent within 24 hours.

How can I view a fragrance list?You can view our Fragrance List 2025 here. Open and save for future reference. Please try to include the fragrance name and number on your order to avoid confusion.

What are custom fragrances?In a nutshell, custom fragrances are any of our 900 fragrances in any product. There are too many to list individually and keep stocked. To make life easier for everyone we have added a custom fragrance option to every product. This means that you can access over 900 fragrances in over 20 products giving you amazing choice.

Do custom fragrances cost more?No! Custom fragrances are the same price as ready stocked items. However, custom products are not included in any special offers or 3 for £6.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I order wholesale?You can order our products wholesale via our wholesale website here. Wholesale orders are subject to £50 minimum order value.
